Kellogs Rasin Bran is considered healthy as it provides a lot of fiber, but it’s really unhealthy due to the high sugar content. It’s always best to check your labels before you choose which one is best for you. I’ve provided full nutrition facts below to help you, so you don’t have to do the work.

The first one, Holy Crap Cereal, is my absolute favorite cereal to eat as it not only provides me with a lot of fiber, it also contains all-natural ingredients I love to include into my diet. I will explain more about this cereal below and share a link to it if you like to try it yourself.

There is another high-fiber cereal very similar to Holy Crap but provides even more fiber. Full information for this one is at the bottom of my post, as these 2 kinds of cereal are my #1 recommendations for the best cereal containing the most fiber with all-natural ingredients.

The Best High Fiber Cereal I Highly Recommend and Why?

Eating High Fiber Cereals with a good amount of protein and low sugar, especially in the morning, can really help with overall health and maintain stable blood sugar levels throughout the day.

As I’ve experienced, blood sugar repeatedly crashes when I didn’t choose the right kinds.

Holy Crap, Cereals have been by far my favorite choice of high-fiber cereal to eat lately.  I have all 4 flavors, and I miss having them when I run out. My favorite flavor is Maple. Not only does It tastes delicious, but just 1/3 cup keeps me full and satisfied for 2 to 3 hours.

I would also recommend Chiamigos cereals as it is very similar to Holy Crap Cereal and offers 2 grams more fiber and 8 grams more protein as well if that’s also what you’re looking for.

Out of these top 10 high fiber kinds of cereal to buy, I would recommend both the Holy Crap Cereal and the Chiamigos Cereal.

  1. I am a huge fan of Kellogs All-Bran Original. In my book, All Bran is one of the best cereals I could find. Not only does it have low calorie content but with it’s fab fiber content, it’ll fill us up for the whole morning,. This is great because it means there will be no snacking until lunchtime.

As you rightly mentioned, controlling blood sugar is very important, and we know cereals are a good source of sugar in our diets. I personally like cornflakes and oats that are made for low-sugar consumers. Keep up!
