Best High Fiber Snack Bars – 5 Delicious Favorites

Making sure you’re getting the right amount of fiber every day can be difficult to do, especially when you’re busy. Grabbing a nutritious, high-fiber snack bar can really help make sure you’re getting enough of the essential nutrient. Here Are 5 Of The Best High Fiber Snack Bars that are all my own personal favorites. Not only do they offer a good amount of fiber, but they’re also high in protein and low in sugar.

 

Best High Fiber Snack Bars – 5 Delicious Favorites

Not all are snack bars are healthy for you, so it’s important to read each label to find what ones are right for you.

It’s best to eat snack bars that contain at least 3 grams of fiber minimum, if not more, and that also have low sugar content, below 5 grams if you can. Too much sugar can cause blood sugar to spike, leaving you feeling hungry sooner than later.

All 5 of these high-fiber snack bars taste very delicious. 2 of them are my absolute favorites. One is a lot like a light chocolate nutty granola bar, and the other one tastes like a dark chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cup.

Both offer a lot of fiber, plant-based protein, and very little sugar. It’s hard to believe how great they really taste. I bought a huge box of both of them because I know it will be my favorite go-to snack from now on.

I would eat All 5 of these high fiber snack bars listed below and definitely recommend them any of them to anyone looking for a very nutritious and delicious snack bar. I will explain how much fiber, sugar, and protein content is in each snack bar to decide what is best for you.

The last 2 high-fiber snack bars are my latest favorites. If you have a hard time deciding which one of these 5 snack bars you would like that tastes great, I would recommend choosing one of the last two on my list.

Best High-Fiber Snack Bars

1. Simply Protein Bars

Simply Protein bars are made with soy protein, cashew butter, vegetable glycerin, cocoa powder, and tapioca starch. They’re available in whey protein (chocolate mint, apple cinnamon, and coconut flavors) and vegan (dark chocolate, lemon coconut, and peanut butter chocolate flavors) and are gluten-free and nut-free.

Both Whey and Vegan Simply Protein Bars offer 7 grams of fiber, 15 grams of protein, and only 1 gram of sugar per bar. Each bar contains only 150 calories so that you can enjoy this high-fiber snack bar guilt-free.

Simply Protein Bars for Kids is available in chocolate brownies and strawberry vanilla that offers 4 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, and only 2 grams of sugar per bar. They are also nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, and Non-GMO, so you can be sure you’re giving them a nutritious snack.

NOTE: Contains soy and cashews. It May also contain milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds.

2. Good Fats Bars

Good Fats Bars are plant-based, keto-friendly, gluten-free, soy-free, low sugar, low carb, and non-GMO chewy, nutty bars that are made of fat blends including many nutritious ingredients such as almonds, coconut oil, fava bean crips, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sea salt, stevia leaf extract.

They’re available in many flavors such as dark chocolate sea salt & almond, coconut chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolatey, rich chocolatey almond, salted caramel, and coconut macadamia.

Depending on what Good Fats Bar you choose, it offers a whopping 11 grams of fiber, 7 to 9 grams of protein, 1 to 2 grams of sugar, and is 190 calories per bar.

NOTE: Good Fats Bars contains almonds and is produced in a facility that processes egg, milk, other tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, and wheat. It’s best to freeze them to avoid them becoming crumbly and eat them frozen. According to reviews I’ve read, coconut and peanut butter chocolate seem to be the favorite flavors overall.

There were mixed reviews on this one; many people stated they absolutely love them, and others not so much.

3. Kind Bars

The Kind Bars are gluten-free and GMO-free. They are available in so many flavors including, Almond Sea Salk Dark Chocolate, Almond & Milk Chocolate, Almond Coconut, Almond Mint Dark Chocolate, Almond Mocha Dark Chocolate, Blueberry Vanilla Cashew, Caramel Almond Sea Salt, Cashew Raspberry Chia, Cherry Cashew Dark Chocolate, Fruit & Nut Delight, etc.

I found that all of the Kind Bars I’ve eaten taste great. However, you have to read the label of each kind to know how much fiber content is in each one. Some Kind Bars offer more fiber than others, and some even contain a lot of sugar.

The Almond Sea Salt & Dark Chocolate is my favorite Kind Bar as it contains 7 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of sugar, and is 180 calories.

4. Hemp Yeah Granola Bars

Hemp Yeah Bars are delicious granola bars that offer more nutritional value than regular granola bars. They are made with shelled hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, dark chocolate, pea protein, coconut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sea salt, coconut oil, and cocoa powder.

They’re a great plant-based protein bar that is gluten-free, grain-free and offers 2 to 3 grams of fiber per bar. The sugar content is 7 grams and is slightly more than I recommend. However, they do taste great and have zero aftertastes, as most other protein bars do. Hemp Yeah Bars also provide Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids.

They’re available in 3 delicious flavors, Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt, Dark Chocolate & Cocoa Nibs, and Coconut Cashew Dark Chocolate.

All Hemp Yeah Bars contain 10 grams of protein and 7 grams of sugar. However, the Dark chocolate Almond Sea Salt flavor is the only one that offers the highest fiber content, at 3 grams per bar.

NOTE: Contains Almonds, may contain Milk, and is made in a facility that handles soy, wheat, cashew, and sulfites.

5. Real Chocolate Squares

Real Mid-Day Squares are made with highly nutritional ingredients, including unsweetened chocolate, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, hemp protein, dates, coconut, sugar, brown rice powder, mica, and pink salt.

Just one square is intended to keep you satisfied, full, and fully energized for up to 4 hours. Real Chocolate Squares are 100% organic, vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free. Each square offers 8 grams of fiber, 12 grams of protein, and only 5 grams of sugar.

Real Chocolate Mid-Days Squares are available in 3 flavors, Peanut Butta, Almond Crunch, and Fudge YAH. Peanut Butta flavor is my #1 favorite high-fiber, high protein, low sugar go-to snack. 

In my opinion, they are truly THE BEST HIGH FIBER BAR! It offers the right balance of essential nutrients and natural ingredients that every “healthy” snack bar should contain, 8 grams of high-fiber, 12 grams of protein, and only 5 grams of sugar.

NOTE: Keep refrigerated to preserve its freshness. Mid-Day Squares can last up to 5 days outside of the fridge. It may contain tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), peanuts, sesame, date pits.

Conclusion – My #1 Favorite High-Fiber Bar

My absolute favorite high-fiber snack bar thus far is the Real Chocolate Mid-Day Squares.

The Real Chocolate in Peanut Butter Flavor is my personal favorite. I was blown away at how great it tasted because it is just like Reese’s Peanut Butter cup, only with plant-based dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

I ordered a whole box because I absolutely love them!

If you normally don’t like eating dark chocolate, then the Real Chocolate Mid-Day Squares may not be best for you. The dark chocolate has a slightly bitter taste.

Instead, try the hemp yeah bars.

They are very similar to eating a chocolate granola bar but way more tasty and nutritious. I like that it also provides Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential acids, which are also essential nutrients for us to have as well.

Or Simply Protein Bars as they contain 7 grams of fiber and only 1 gram of sugar.

All 5 of these high-fiber snack bars are also high in protein and low in sugar. I recommend any of them as they are all very nutritious and delicious compared to most snack bars.
