This recipe is a delicious chocolatey treat that is totally vegan, gluten-free, and full of vitamins and nutrients. You are going to love it either on its own or as an after-dinner guilt-free pleasure dessert!
All of these 8 ingredients are very healthy for you. I will explain what each one is as well some of the benefits of each one.
1. Black Beans
Black beans are super nutritional as just 1 cup provides approximately 15 grams of fiber, 15 grams of protein, 41 grams of carbohydrates (15 grams is fiber), and zero fat. A diet rich in beans can reduce the risk of high blood sugar, cancer, heart problems, age-related eye issues, and help with weight control.

- 9x9 Non Stick Square Baking Dish
- 1 can black beans rinsed
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup real cocoa
- 1/2 cup tahini or nut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan or regular)
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds (optional)
- 3 tablespoons real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees F
- Mix all the ingredients into a full-sized blender
- Pour the brownie mixture into a 9x9 non stick baking dish
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let it cool either on the countertop or in the refrigerator before serving
- Serve with added chocolate chips and chocolate sauce on top!
